No that is called condensation, an effect that happens when very humid air creates a fog because the pressure drops over the wings.

15 of Japan enterprises are participating, and in development and manufacturing A380, a lot of parts are manufactured and it supplies it to Airbus.
Especially, the technology of carbon fiber in Japan was indispensable for development and manufacturing the frame that became a main.
A huge airplane named A380 …. completed high technology of Japanese businesses.
