i watched this in australia when iwas like 2 or 3 yrs old… im 32 now so it was a long time ago. No one I ever mentioned it to ever remembered it but it was my favourite cartoon…. (In english)

I watched this as a kid, and I’m 20… xD It must have been on Swedish Tv just 10 years ago. :O

Professor Balthazar is a cartoon series for children about an old inventor. It was created for television by the Croatian animator Zlatko Grgić at the Zagreb Film studio, Croatia. 59 episodes of the cartoon were made between 1967 and 1974.

It has been shown in subsequent years in several countries beside the former Yugoslavia, including Denmark, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Iran.

I seen these cartoons almost 38-40 years ago on Swiss TV, with audio dub in Italian. I am sure of the era, due to the fact I remember that I often went to my grannies for see it, this because since 1970 they had a color TV . In my home color TV went in 1972, and I remember that later I also watched these cartoons on Swiss TV at my home.

If you can’t hear what the narrator is saying, this clip makes ABSOLUTELY no sense whatsoever…

Cop loses job, Baltazar does some math, cop and cop chief claps hands and suddenly the cop gets his job back… And that’s not even the silly part.
